For me, enrolling for Usha’s coaching can be termed as the proverbial “life saver”. Although I was intrigued by “coaching” I was also skeptical to a certain extent as it is difficult to believe, unless one goes through the step-by-step process, how marvelous the entire experience can be. The discipline of regular coaching has helped me come out of a stupor (due to certain losses) and get back in actionable business in no time. Anyone who seeks to achieve more or shed some inhibiting habits should look no further and immediately get Usha as a coach. How did you know Usha as a Coach?  Usha and I were classmates and we studied together in Miranda House, Delhi University. After completing our degree in Chemistry, we embarked on our individual independent professional journeys and lost touch. Social media brough us back together and last year I came to know about her acumen as a coach through her website where I enrolled myself. How did you feel life has changed after you started your coaching journey? Coaching with Usha has imparted tremendous clarity in my immediate and future goals especially in the time of Covid trauma when life seemed to have lost its meaning, goals and objectives. I was struggling with certain personal losses and coaching helped me focus and concentrate in a manner that set “SOP” and helped me clear my brain fog. What are the 3 benefits/changes you have experienced because of the coaching? The three clear benefits of coaching that I have experienced are: 

1. Articulation, as asked by my coach Usha, helped me structure and map my own state of mind and also helped me remember my true potential 

2. A disciplined coaching structure helped me in sticking to my objectives and accomplishing small and big self-set targets and that was a great morale  booster 

3. Coaching helped me get centred and brought me back to my core competency, reducing hesitancy and helping me charge up to achieve more  Would you recommend her services to someone who is looking for a  transformation in their life? 

Absolutely! Usha is a terrific calm listener and that helps the most. Her clear yet  empathetic approach helps one get over all the roadblocks and create a perfect  energy channel to actualize one’s objectives and this motivation stays. I would highly  recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a positive transformation.   

Usha helped me through a few major life changes including a career transition and life during the pandemic. She is an excellent career coach who listens effectively, guides you through asking yourself the right questions. and helps to build strategies to reach your goals. Usha is highly recommended as a life coach for folks of any age.  How did you feel life has changed after you started your coaching journey? When I am faced with a new problem, I pause and reflect on how far I've come while also putting together questions on how I can address the challenge. I am more confident in myself to take on challenges, and I focus on utilizing my strengths to get to my end goal.   What are the 3 benefits/changes you have experienced because of the coaching?

We all should be so lucky to have a coach like Usha. Usha is very methodical yet flexible and knows how to adjust her coaching tools to fit your needs and personality. She makes you feel at ease from the very beginning. You just know you can trust her. She is focused, goes deep and asks hard questions but she is gentle and very positive so our sessions were always energizing and inspiring, while thought provoking. She is dedicated and caring and helps me really listen to myself and find the answers that are right for me. While I’m still in the process of figuring out the path I’d like to take, I am more relaxed and confident and I already see positive changes in different areas of my life as well as new opportunities that have been opening up.

I went in for my first session with Usha keeping an open mind and little expectation. I had heard about life coaching, but nothing prepared me for the change I was about to experience. Two very significant changes took place a few months apart -I had quit my job and secondly, I had lost someone dear to me. I did not realize how they were weighing me down, but I did feel stuck. A friend mentioned how a life coach can help with finding one’s purpose in life and bringing the focus back to where it needs to be. While looking for recommendations for a life coach, Usha’s name was suggested by quite a few people…...and they were not wrong! Usha’s calm, unassuming, and grounded demeanor immediately put me at ease. It was during my sessions with Usha that I first felt the calmness that meditation can bring about. She was able to ground my energy and help me visualize the life I was seeking. Her fluidity when moving from emotional to practical issues and switching from coach to consultant gave her an edge. Being a great listener, Usha was able to pick up on the smallest of nuances in our sessions - Within the first half-hour of our session, she was able to tell me where my heart lies and subsequently offer insight about blocks that might be keeping me from achieving my goals. Through the clarity of her approach and asking the right questions, she was able to decode the root cause of why I was feeling stuck and offer me a framework of ideas that could assist in chalking out a routine for myself. She also gave me full freedom to express myself and complete autonomy of how I would use the knowledge/insight that I gained from her. She kept me accountable and motivated to stick to the routine we planned (something I had failed to do earlier). My sessions with Usha have made me a more positive and confident person. This positivity has also helped me become more accepting of change. Most importantly I have been able to continue the routine that Usha and I made which has further benefitted me in leading a healthy lifestyle. I cannot recommend her highly enough because she has an everlasting positive impact on one’s life.

I highly recommend Usha as a life and career coach.    My sessions with her helped me to move forward with life. She is versatile enough to help gain clarity, make great change, and create next steps while having a supportive ear.    Usha gives excellent perspective on every situations and offers alternative ways to view things. Every advice was actionable. Particularly when she walked me through a visualization exercise in which I was able to see myself in 6 months. It gave me a lot of understanding on what I need to do, and how I was going to accomplish my goals.    Best of all, I didn't feel like I was talking to a therapist, I felt I was talking to a wise friend. She was completely down to earth, and approachable.    In just a few months, I have experienced what I can describe as exponential internal growth. Usha's unique insight and her attention (to the not so obvious) makes her an exceptional life coach.    I am blessed our paths crossed. Overall a wonderful experience.
