About Me

I’m Usha Nagrani, an HR  professional and ICF-Certified Life and Leadership Coach living and working in Qatar-  my second home.   
My mission is to help you break barriers and transform into a leader that commands authority with empathy.   
With years of experience as an Executive Leadership Coach and HR leader, I facilitate identifying your potential, build a roadmap and enable you to excel as a purpose driven leader.

  • Authenticity: Staying true to my identity and values building confidence and believing in my abilities and potential, while inspiring new age leaders, along the way with the power of executive and career coaching.
