I have had my share of life — illness, including cancer, and moments that tested everything I thought I knew about myself. I have resigned. I have been let go. I have built a career in a country that was not my own, while raising children and showing up for my family every single day.
Every one of those experiences shaped how I think about leadership, resilience, and what it truly takes to keep going — not just professionally, but as a human being.
